We provide commercial cleaning services for businesses and organizations in Ontario, Canada. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
3. Service Bookings & Cancellations

Booking: Clients can request cleaning services via our website, phone, or email.

Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when a written confirmation (email or invoice) is provided.

Cancellations: Clients must cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling: We will accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
📌 Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Clients may be charged a fee if they cancel late or do not provide access to the premises.
4. Pricing & Payments

Rates: Our prices depend on the size, frequency, and type of cleaning required.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, e-transfers, and invoicing for corporate clients.

Deposit: A deposit may be required for large contracts or first-time clients.

Late Payments: Payments must be made by the due date stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur fees.
🔹 Tax: All prices are subject to applicable HST/GST in Ontario.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure efficient service, clients must:
✔ Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
✔ Ensure that valuable or fragile items are stored securely.
✔ Inform us of special cleaning instructions (e.g., restricted areas, sensitive materials).
✔ Notify us of any hazardous conditions on the premises.
🔹 We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or improper handling of items.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied:
✔ Contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
✔ We will revisit the location to address any concerns at no additional charge.
✔ Refunds are offered only in rare cases, at our discretion.
7. Liability & Limitations

We carry insurance for damages caused by our cleaning team.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, lost items, or events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages).

Clients must secure personal valuables before cleaning begins.
📌 Maximum Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
🔹 There are unsafe conditions on the premises.
🔹 Clients display abusive or inappropriate behavior towards our staff.
🔹 Payments are not received within the agreed timeframe.
9. Privacy & Data Collection
Your personal data is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or misuse customer data.
